Our Staff
As additional management support T.L.C. Home Care Services employs Samantha Gould B.Sc (Hons) M.Sc MBPSS as General Manager. Ms Gould holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and has a wide range of experience working within Social Services Departments and the NHS as a Senior Projects Manager. Ms Gould also holds the Registered Manager Award.

Our Assistant Manager Stella Flanders is an experienced, trained nurse and has worked for the Davidson's for many years, originally in their nursing homes and latterly with T.L.C Home Care Services. She is a qualified NVQ assessor and her main role is as Training Officer for the organisation. Ms Flanders also holds the Registered Manager Award and the PTLS qualification in teaching.

All our staff have undergone a full interview, Criminal Records Bureau and reference checks before employment. Once employed, they undertake a programme of training to ensure that when they come to care for you, they are able to offer the high standards of care which you are entitled to expect.

Each employee wears a standard uniform and carries photographic identification.
